For instance, under the 70/20/10 methodology: 70 (self-learning) is covered by enabling access to training based on the employee’s abilities and their career plan, mainly using e-Learning contents (in SCORM and HTML5 format); 20 (learn from others) is carried out through collaborative environments where employees point out those activities that are most effective for their development, or through mentoring or coaching programmes; the remaining 10 (learn from the company courses), the system manages in-person training.
